Places We Ship

Wild Diamond Vineyards is currently licensed to ship wine to the following locations: California, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, and Texas.

ATTENTION CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS. PROPOSITION 65 WARNING: Drinking Distilled Spirits, Beer, Coolers, Wine and Other Alcoholic Beverages May Increase Cancer Risk, and During Pregnancy, Can Cause Birth Defects.

Shipping

We add shipping costs and applicable sales tax to all wine sold. We ship our wines via FedEx, and shipping charges are calculated when you check out. Shipping charges will include a charge for additional insurance where wine purchases exceed $100 in value. Wine Collectors Club shipments are made two times a year, typically in May and in November. We will ship all other wine purchased at such time as you choose. Keep in mind that extreme hot and cold temperatures can have an adverse affect on wine, so we suggest that you not ship wine during periods of extreme hot and cold weather. However, if you wish us to ship during any such period, we will do so but you are responsible for the quality of the wine.

Standard delivery will arrive within 7 to 10 days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Second day and overnight shipping options are available. State laws prohibit our shipping wine to hotels, motels or licensed beverage facilities outside of California. Unfortunately, we cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All wine shipments require a signature from an individual over the age of 21 years. We recommend delivery to a business address, to insure availability of a person to sign for the delivery. A note with a handwritten signature, as opposed to a signature in the presence of the delivery person, cannot be accepted.

There is a 15% restocking fee on cancelled orders. You are responsible for shipping fees of undeliverable wine to the address you provide to us. Any changes to an order may be made if received prior to shipment. Please contact us at info@wilddiamond.com to expedite receipt of any changes to your order.

We suggest you keep your bottles in a cool place. We recommend storage at 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

Out of Stock Items and Substitutions

While we monitor our inventory to ensure our website's accuracy, there may be occasions when certain vintages sell out or are no longer available. If this occurs, we will replace the wine with a comparable vintage or varietal.

Returns

We will replace or refund your cost for any bottle of wine that is damaged if it was purchased through our website. We are unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please be sure to check weather conditions before placing your order. Wines purchased through retailers must be returned to them. Upon receiving your returned shipment, we will process a refund to you through the credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
